I've heard that those support straps actually work wonders.

Second, a book!? AWESOME! Details please!

Third, the core training - I have to check out your stuff, I really want to start hitting that hard. Starting with getting back to yoga, etc. but I need something to give it more kick.Tracyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11184561775190743855noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9083286.post-1124825108869917602005-08-23T14:25:00.000-05:002005-08-23T14:25:00.000-05:00I didn't know what an IT band was, so I did a sear...I didn't know what an IT band was, so I did a search and found the following website.

They have a strap you can use...maybe you have one already...but worth checking out:

http://www.cho-pat.com/?src=overture&OVRAW=IT%20band&OVKEY=it%20band&OVMTC=standardBearettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14695540798528134304noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9083286.post-1124730206273479312005-08-22T12:03:00.000-05:002005-08-22T12:03:00.000-05:00Ugh. I cringe at the thought of it flaring up again. :/ I'm glad that it was seemingly better the day after, though!Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06590295954365525648noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9083286.post-1124600167289621302005-08-20T23:56:00.000-05:002005-08-20T23:56:00.000-05:00Thanks for the core advice! I already do plank, cobra and yoga pushups, but I've never held the plank pose for a minute or more ;) I have naturally strong legs - wish my core was the same. I like the idea of upper cuts.Bearettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14695540798528134304noreply@blogger.com
