Beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
I'm buried in a last-minute avalanche of to-dos at the office, trying to get some things done ahead of the break. But Tidbit is getting in the spirit on my behalf!
for the marathon pace teams at the Houston marathon. Basically, there are groups of people that will pace for you, so if you want to run the race in 4 hours, they will run it in 4 hours at an even pace each mile - so you just keep up with them to meet your goal time.
I have been looking for a marathon in my area that has them to do next year but havent found one yet. Just a thought. Check out the link above.
