The sometimes-daily journal of a lapsed triathlete and bunny owner.
Oooh, fascinating! I love etymology and all things language-related. And I love bunnies! :)
Why have Cadbury's ears grown so large? And .. what are you doing nosing around in random blogs when there is Christmas Shopping to be done???Los Conejos
Most interesting. A bunny by any other name would still be cute.
thanks for the link, I love languages too.... Cadbury's ears do look big there...
What an interesting blog. I would like to offer two names that the Cherokee language has for our furry kids out here in OK. Many tribes have more than one name for things. tsi-s-du, tsi-s. The tsi is pronounced as 'chee' and the emphasis is on it.
Very cool! And I agree with Leah - a bunny by any other name would still be cute!
Would a bunny be as cute if it were called schwerlblunket?Yeah, probably. At least that one--Cadbury is adorable. Happy holidays!
Always good to know more about the bunnies.....is Cadbury listening for reindeer hooves with those big, big, ears?
