Hey, everyone, check out my contest-winning story at Every Day Fiction today! It's only 238 words, and long-time readers will be familiar with bad boy Vince, the main character.
There is also a blog interview where we talk about my writing at Flash Fiction Chronicles.
I've cross-posted this at my writing blog and at my main author site, which I'm going to be transitioning to over the next few months.

Great short story! I like the idea of fiction in bite-sized chunks!
BTW, I signed up for the Texas Marathon on January 1st, 2011. It is in Kingwood, north of Houston. Any chance I can talk you into joining me? :) It is a nice small race and got great reviews on marathonguide.com
p.s. Forgot to say, Congratulations!! Well deserved!!
The word verification is "noses" which clearly means nose bumps!
Congrats!
(off to read...)
Yay.
Now another famous person with a pet bunny.
I will definitely remind you to think about it again! I am hoping it will shape up to be a race attempt type deal. The way the course is laid out we would see each other quite a bit even if we didn't run together. There is also a half marathon option!
In regards to Houston, I think two weeks apart isn't bad. From my recent multi-marathon experience, that is a nice time frame. If you train for the first you really just have to do a few short runs before the second :)
Either way, we can try to meet up somewhere! Good luck with the house!
congratulations!
Congratulations, my friend! A well-deserved win -- your story is amazing. I also enjoyed reading your interview -- so exciting, and you did a great job. And I also checked out your main website -- looking great. :-D
