I made a Tidbit book and calendar at Shutterfly.com. Unfortunately, they're not cheap. About $20, if memory serves. But if anyone wanted one, I would order them one at cost.
Cards, though... sometimes Shutterfly offers good deals on making those. It might be worth considering.
I think I've mentioned this before, but if there was a line of Tidbit greeting cards, I would so stock up on each and every one of them.
