Monday Bunday: Buns on Film!

For those of you who missed yesterday's fly-by post, I'm putting together a video trailer for Maelstrom's upcoming book release (tentatively planned for April or early May). It occurred to me that a video of the Bunny Benefit concert would be fun and all who are planning to participate could give me bunny pics to include in the concert footage.

Glenna has already informed me that Pink, Peaches and Elvis consider themselves rock stars, and apparently we've got a lot of talent at the Houseful of Rabbits. So how about it, folks? Has your bunny got what it takes? Let me know, and tell me how your bunny wants to participate: either by emailing me a pic to use, or by directing me to one to use from a website.

Tyler and Sydney very much want to participate! You are welcome to take any pics off the blog, or request Email......I was having trouble leaving comments yesterday......maybe today?

Ooh, can we participate too?? Are there any particular type of pictures you're looking for, or is there any picture on our blog which you would like a higher resolution version of?

I'm not looking for anything in particular, just bunnies who want to be rock stars!

This makes me sad that I don't have a bunny.
Wonder if I could catch one of the (very rarely seen) wild ones around here.... That might make an interesting video - fat old woman chasing fleet-footed rabbit... only chance of catching it might come when it stops to catch it's breath from laughing so hard....

Maybe we can include stuffed bunnies that want to be rock stars...

All the pix on our blog are pretty big, so choose as needed. Or if you prefer just say and we'll pose up one and e-mail.

Cadbury has a good life, eh?

Will you publish your book in paper?

Good luck!

Ann (bunnygirl) said...

Anita: Yes! The book will be in paper and e-book. When it is ready there will be an online party with music, video, games, and prizes. I'll make sure everyone knows about the party so they can drop by.

Carla, bunnies aren't as high-maintenance as dogs, but they're more so than cats.

In general, bunnies chew and can be quite ornery. They don't appreciate a lot of noise and fast movement and they'll nip if annoyed or startled. Some bunnies are cord-chewers, others chew textiles (don't leave a shirt on the floor!). Some will chew anything, while others are content to stick with hay and food.

They're curious animals, always up to something. Don't believe the hype that rabbits are timid creatures. Many don't even want to interact with humans, although some are total snugglebuns.

They aren't typically good pets for young children, but there are exceptions to every rule and a quiet child and mellow bun can be a good fit. Just do your research and make sure that if you get one, it's a good fit for your family. And make sure no one is allergic to hay.

I love it - produced by pesky human, inc! that is so what fidget thinks of me... why she likes when her litter box is cleaned and fresh hay, food, water and veggies are put out but most surely doesn't like me bothering her when i do it!

cool idea for the benefit
you can have any pics from my blogs and if you want me to email you some to make it easier i will - sounds like fun but work!
